Overview
Duck Creek Technologies is a global leader in insurance software solutions. As part of its annual technology conference, the company wanted to demonstrate how AI and ML could transform insurance operations—particularly for claims and loss adjusters.
As a Product Designer, I was tasked with conceptualising and designing an interactive prototype for an AI-powered co-pilot experience that could be showcased live on stage to thousands of attendees.
